Picture Night and Wednesday’s Meeting

The next coaches meeting is Wednesday, April 2nd at 7:30 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Hillside Terrace.

Picture Night doesn’t happen smoothly unless people get involved. I want volunteers for picture night to step up to the plate and help out.
Last year’s turnout was terrible. We are getting this information out early so please
make sure you notify your teams early in the season and have everyone show up.

Attached is a power point document concerning Picture Night if needed.
Picture Night is on May 15th at the Knight of Columbus on Clarke Avenue, just past the Parsonage Restaurant in Richmondtown. The U6 division will be slotted first by Sal Nobile, then the U8 - U14 divisions to follow. Andy Donegan will be calling all coaches for time slots. Andy is awaiting the picture forms, and will make arrangements to distribute them to all teams.
All coaches should have their team meet at the hall twenty minutes prior to their time slot.
There will also be a registration table at picture night for the 2008 - 2009 soccer season.
Registrations can printed off the www.Greatkillssoccer.com website and will also be available at the table. Check, picture, and copy of the birth certificate mandatory for all registrations.
